His initiatives in driving digital transformation, collaborating with leading property groups in the real estate industry, and pioneering innovative solutions significantly propelled the consulting firm forward and set the stage for his next venture.

Outside the office, Jae enjoys golf and travels with his family, finding balance and joy beyond his professional life.

Jae has a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Waterloo, Computer Science and Business program, where he has graduated with Dean’s honors.

Michelle is thrilled to join Unify's mission to revolutionize the prop tech industry with its innovative, user-centric technology. With over 15 years of consulting experience, Michelle collaborates closely with co-founders to shape Unify's strategy for go-to-market initiatives, operational efficiency, sales, and client onboarding.

Prior to joining Unify, Michelle held the position of Director of Workforce Transformation at CIBC, where she developed workforce planning strategies and roadmaps to future-proof talent and skills within the organization.

During her tenure at PwC, Michelle designed and executed various operational strategies and digital transformations for clients, utilizing methodologies such as design thinking, human-centric approaches, and agile scrum. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Toronto and is a certified Scrum Master and change management practitioner.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys practicing yoga and golf, traveling to new destinations, and cherishing quality time with her husband and two boys on the beaches of Bermuda, their family's new home.
